Last week Mildura pastors/leaders sent a “Bag of Joy” to 100 believers isolated by Covid-19 restrictions with an encouraging letter with codes for each “surprise” (‘You are Marvellous & Magnificent,’ ‘You are Mint for glory!’ etc) – and outlining plans for an October Week of Prayer with books to read/share in preparation – “Discover Jesus” (gospels of Mark & John, with Acts – with a small bundle of Discovery Bible Reading bookmarks”), & also “If you Can Eat … You Can Make Disciples,” & “Your Church Has Changed.” Also local news & how to stay connected with each other & their communities.
