About
NewChurchLife: is about creating new environments for people to experience God, exploring biblical and fresh expressions of church that will make a difference, and sharing the creative ideas of those prepared to be revolutionary to honor God and reach friends with the gospel. This is a blog where you can have your say - and share ideas for creative missional clusters, groups or churches.

Judy & I met in 1967 & married in 1971. We have two sons & the best daughter-in-laws - David & Maryanne and Troy & Cindi. We have a beautiful granddaughter, Inez, and two great little grandsons, Finn (born to Maryanne & David) and Kai (born to Cindi & Troy). Judy & I have lived in Australia, Papua New Guinea, New Zealand & England. I have worked as a church planter, pastor, evangelist, seminary teacher & 'pastor to pastors.' It has been a lot of fun supporting & equipping church planters & pastors in about 50 countries - cultivating church planting movements, supporting insider faith movements (within Islam and Judaism), facilitating church planting & evangelism study opportunities, & leading study programmes in the Bible lands & Reformation countries. I am amazed at the creativity and commitment of church planters (many, young adults) who are cultivating a spiritual revolution and planting a diverse range of emerging or missional churches to lead post-postmodern & post-Christian friends to Jesus. Judy & I now (again) live in Melbourne, Australia.
