“During this week I have seen miracles,” says pastor and planter Hensley Gungadoo – commenting on a Week of Prayer conducted in Werribee Church (Melbourne, Australia). “We have also heard the Holy Spirit speaking clearly and directly to us – and learnt how to pray in different way.” The themes for the week were based on the book of Acts –  Surprised by the Presence of the Spirit (SAT); Factors for growth in the early church (SUN): It’s time for Holy Spirit baptism (MON); Praying in the Spirit (TUE); Every believer a minister – that’s radical! (WED); Jerusalem & Antioch – which will we follow? (THU); The Holy Spirit & new churches (FRI); and, Cultivating a culture of encouragement (SAT). Werribee Church, planted about 15 years ago, recently birthed another congregation – a Myanmar (Burmese) fellowship.
