A new church plant called l’essen’Ciel (in Nîmes, France), is connecting with the community through cultural parties. Using a rented multipurpose store-front, office building in a residential part of the city as their centre – they have invited their friends and contacts to Arabic, Slavic, Brazilian, American (Thanks-giving), Christmas, New Years, Mothers Day, and ice-cream parties. They have about 10 community parties each year.
