Hello friends<\/p>\n

Some thought\u00a0missional\u00a0<\/em>might be another fad. But, it is not proving to be!<\/p>\n

Yes, some terms pass their use-by-date.\u00a0Emerging church\u00a0<\/em>was a great term –\u00a0church from below<\/em>, connected\u00a0with the past<\/em>\u00a0and,\u00a0at the same time, the\u00a0future<\/em>.\u00a0<\/em>However, it was damaged from within and without – even negatively impacting the term\u00a0emerging missional church<\/em>.\u00a0<\/em>So we might be back to\u00a0missional\u00a0–\u00a0<\/em>and this could be a good thing!<\/p>\n

Missional does not prescribe forms and practices – nor is it enamoured with postmodernism (or post-postmodernism). Rather, it is a movement shaped by –<\/p>\n
