The pastor<\/strong> of Landsborough Adventist church<\/font> (<\/span>on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia) launched three new church plants on one day<\/strong><\/font>. <\/span>With over-crowding in the parent church it was agreed that a group from the 40 members living around Maleny (20 km west) would hive off to form the core team of a new plant. Arrangements were made to hire rooms at a local high school for Saturday morning worship services. <\/span>At the same time the pastor, Mike Brownhill was busy conducting evangelistic meetings in two other towns, Woodford and Kilcoy. He was preaching eight times a week (including Saturday mornings) – and there was a good interest in Bible study. With committed members also living in Woodford and Kilcoy, Mike decided to start new worship services in both towns. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n T<\/strong><\/font><\/span>hree new Adventist church plants started on the one day<\/strong><\/font> – 8 April 2006<\/span>.
