We have followed the story of this plant for some years – planted by university students in Utrecht (Netherland). A week ago they closed their doors – and spent the day with friends doing volunteer work at a kids farm. It was fun and relational. See it for yourself.

In New Testament gatherings (churches) leadership was never hierarchical – but relational, conversational, and by consensus. Because the term ‘leader’ has the connotation of control or authority – the term ‘host’ may work better, especially for missional gatherings!
